The home smells of this exotic sweet aroma. Everybody in the house is looking towards the kitchen and my kids asked, “what are you making”?
“I like the smell. Oooh… jam! I want some.”
Honestly, it makes me feel like my mom and that to me is an amazing feeling because I loved how it felt watching mom busy in the kitchen with her pretty apron and a big smile that said, ‘I’m cooking for my family.’
No matter what jam you make there is so much you can do with it other than just spread it on toast. I often use jam in my macarons for a quick fruit filling. My kids love to help me make shortbread cookies so they can stick their thumb in the centre and add jam. Nothing beats the luxury of fresh homemade fried doughnuts fills with a jam that just melts in the mouth.
Cherries are one of the most beloved fruits and for good reason.
They are not only delicious, but also pack vitamins, minerals, and plant compounds with powerful health effects.
We recently found ourselves with tons of delicious cherries, out of which two major varieties were – the burgundy ones, called the Bing cherries and the yellow-red ones, called the Rainer cherries.
I made this Exotic Cherry Jam out of those cherries which turned out to be incredible. I must now quote my 8-year-old’s review for the jam, “This jam is FANTASTIC! This stuff makes me DANCE!”

I love cherries and jam of different flavours too. When I saw this cherry jam, I was so excited. It was very tasty, but I missed the balance of sweetness with the little tanginess of cherries. I am ordering it again but please make it a bit sweeter this time. Thanx a lot…

I ordered this Exotic Cherry Jam for my nephew because he has got his first job. It is his muh-mitha or mishti mukh as we say it in Bengali.
He is loving it . ” It’s totally different from the available brands. Sweetness is minimal and the flavour and taste of cherries are mesmerizing ” , he said.
