Why do we not have a phone number?
Well for the very simple reason that we like to keep a written track of all communication so that we can maintain accountability & records, which help us to improve and serve our customers better.
How long does it take to respond to emails and queries?
We respond to all queries personally and do not use chat bots or automated communication, except for one or two greeting messages. Sometimes we might be a bit slow, however we try and respond to all communication within first 24 hours .
The responses can be slightly more delayed around weekends or holidays, however we ensure that we respond to all customer messages as soon as we can.
