At Bhavna Earthfarm, we believe that in today’s times it has become the need to get back to our roots and live life with a different prospective. “Bhavna Earthfarm” is a women based initiative to revive and promote traditional recipes. All our recipes are tried and tested for years.
This isn’t just a pickle it’s my Bua’s treasured recipe from rural Uttar Pradesh, lovingly passed down through generations. The process begins with handpicked raw mangoes, meticulously cleaned and cut, then sun-dried for two days. Once dried, they’re mixed with salt and turmeric and again left under the sun to cure. A few days later, a blend of roasted, homemade spices is added, followed by generous amounts of wood-pressed mustard oil.
The pickle is then patiently sun matured for nearly a month, allowing every piece to soak in the rich, rustic flavors.
It’s a slow, soulful process one that requires time, love, and care.
Each bite takes you back to lazy summer afternoons at Bua’s house, where this pickle was more than food it was warmth, memory, and tradition in a jar.
Goes well with poories, pranthas, mathri.
Ingredients :
Fresh mangoes , garlic, red chillies , mustard seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, salt, turmeric, wooden pressed mustard oil.

Storage:
Once opened, store in a cool & dry place. Always use a clean and dry spoon to scoop the pickle out. If the pickle is not matured to your liking, please keep the jar in direct sunlight for a couple of days.
