A chutney made from Garlic sourced from Himalayas. The Garlic is different from ones grown in other regions as these use spring or mountain water before its contaminated in plains and are grown in super clean and fresh air.
There is no urea, chemical or pesticides used in growth of these.
The chutney is sweet-chilly in flavor and can be eaten with Breads or rotis. Infact those who want to consume it for its medicinal properties can take a spoon full by itself.
This garlic is different from usual ‘white’ garlic and is generally known to be the best kind of garlic with amazing medicinal properties. In taste this Hardneck or red garlic is full of flavor, however lacks the bitterness of common garlic.
