Based on the mountain practice of creating pisi loon a coarse salt ground with herbs and spices this seasoning offers far more than just flavour.
Ajwain is known for its warm, peppery notes and digestive properties, while black salt brings a tangy, sulphurous edge that’s distinctly bold and deeply aromatic. When hand-pounded with mineral-rich rock salt, the result is a coarse, zesty mix that not only enhances taste but also supports gut health.
