Rajasthani Kachoris are one of the most relished crispy and crunchy snack balls made of fine flour with Moong Dal stuffing, prepared with clarified butter or better known as ‘desi ghee’, these Rajasthani Kachoris come straight from Nitin’s own Rasoi, who being a Rajasthani himself, strictly adheres to the morals of Rajasthani cooking.
These Kachoris have been made with healthy and non-adulterated ingredients, with added love and care.
Sweet or spicy chutneys, as per one’s liking, serve as great accompaniments with the kachoris or these can even be devoured with curd, spicy aloo sabzi, or with one’s favorite beverage.
Being a signature snack, they are perfect to be served on many occasions and even to treat ourselves casually for tea time munchings.

My second box, and as delightful as the first! Kachoris arrived warm, aromatic, clearly delivered fresh. The shell is crisped just right. The masala stuffing is tasty, with the right notes of spices. What impressed me most each time, was the abundance of masala stuffed inside. Each bite gives you a mouthful of flavor. Worth every penny!
Very tasty and yummier with the chutney ! Only thing is that it was not crispy like kachoris are. Would have ordered more if they were crispy!
