Description
As you already guessed, as a creator of different flavors of homemade peanut butter, I am a die-hard peanut butter fan. I use it in my pb&j, stuffed french toast, dessert sauces, cookies, and even peanut butter-based curries.
With soft and crumbly texture, these peanut butter cookies are loaded with the goodness of homemade peanut butter and have a signature criss-cross pattern on top. There is no flour used, making these a delicious gluten-free treat.
This is one of my favorite cookies which I bake and is now to be shared with passionate foodies who appreciate homemade goodness.

Pro tip : microwave these cookies for 10 seconds before consuming, makes it even better.
Ingredients:
Homemade peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and rock salt.
Quantity:
Pack contains 400g of peanut butter cookies.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place for first couple of days and then refrigerate for up to two weeks.

The cookies had a made-at-home feel and flavour, as if they had been baked by a favourite aunt. They were a source of comfort for me during the times of lockdown.
