This Mango Pickle is made using my Nani’s traditional recipe from Uttar Pradesh, a recipe filled with love, patience, and timeless flavor. Raw mangoes are carefully cleaned, chopped, and then sun-dried for two days. Once dried, they are mixed with salt and turmeric and left under the sun again to cure. Later, a blend of roasted spices and wood-pressed mustard oil is added, and the pickle is sun matured for nearly fifteen days.
The entire process is slow, deliberate, and deeply rooted in tradition the kind of recipe that can’t be rushed. This isn’t just a pickle it’s a piece of our childhood, a memory of Nani’s home, and the warmth of her kitchen.
Perfectly pairs with poories, parathas, or mathri, bringing a burst of nostalgia and flavor to every bite.
Ingredients :
Fresh mangoes , red chillies , mustard seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, salt, turmeric, wooden pressed mustard oil.

Storage:
Once opened, store in a cool & dry place. Always use a clean and dry spoon to scoop the pickle out. If the pickle is not matured to your liking, please keep the jar in direct sunlight for a couple of days.
