The pickle is on the sweeter side compared to the our regular HImalayan Gajar Gobhi Shalgam Pickle, however its not really ‘Sweet’ as gud or jaggery itself is a very natural and mild sweetener.
One of our most demanded pickles made from carrots, turnips and cauliflower grown in Shivalik ranges of Himalayas, away from pollution, dirt of cities, without using any chemicals, fertilizers.
The pickling process also happens in foothills of Himalayas using the herbs, spices and oil sourced from local region – again grown without chemicals and fertilizers to give this pickle a pure and amazing taste.
No added Vinegar or lime juice.
