Ingredients
Home-bred chicken on the bone, cold-pressed (kachi ghani) mustard oil, Himalayan spices and herbs, garlic, ginger, red chillies, rock salt. Backyard/home-raised birds; not mass-farm poultry.

How to Enjoy

Scoop over roti, paratha, steamed rice, jeera rice, or pulao.

Microwave a portion for a few seconds to bloom the aromas.

After the chicken is gone, toss the leftover masala with hot rice or stir into eggs/noodles—loaded with flavor and chicken bits.
Oil Note
Natural oil separation is expected. If you prefer more oil (or if some leaked in transit), only add smoked/boiled-then-cooled cold-pressed mustard oil. Do not add raw, uncooked oil.
This is a premium quality homemade product from Shivaliks in Himalayas. This pickle is processed in top quality air and using best quality ingredients grown locally in the Shivaliks. The Pickle is made using traditional methods and has shelf life of 6 months to 12 months (under refrigeration) however we advice to finish it off asap as its a sensitive product and is completely free from any preservatives, additives or coloring.
It is Keto friendly food as it is carbohydrate free source of protein and fat. Though we try to keep the oil levels under control, however you always add your own oil to it or remove if you find it in excess. The spice or hotness level is kept at medium. If you like it super hot, add some red chilli powder or flakes and shake it well.
The best part – it is like Chakna on Demand – means you can easily stack a few boxes of same in corner and have a piece or two with your daily tipple .. just saying..
It is a great option who travel abroad and are looking for a little piece of India in their diet.
Storage & Shelf Life

Most people polish a jar in 1–2 days. If keeping longer: transfer to a clean, dry glass or ceramic jar and use a clean, dry spoon only.

Store cool and dark; refrigeration preferred.

Shelf life: ~6–12 months under refrigeration (quality is best when consumed early). This is a living, preservative-free food; flavor will evolve over time.
We recommend storing it under shade under cool and dry conditions preferably a refrigerator. Otherwise you can easily travel with it and it will not go wrong.
Ingredients: This pickle uses home bred chickens against the usual poultry or farm ones. Most of the herbs and spices used in making this are grown in Himalayas using water from fresh springs and clean air.

How to eat :
You can eat with with Roti, Rice or by itself. This can be consumed at room temperature or you can microwave it for a few seconds to release the aromas and flavors.
Once you are done eating the chunks of chicken, eat the leftover masala with boiled rice or pulao. It is loaded with flavors and would have chicken bits as well as juices.
Adding Oil
Though we take all reasonable precautions, however incase the oil leaks out in shipping or you prefer to have it with more oil then you can add oil as per your requirements. But please use Kachi Ghani ka or Cold Pressed Mustard oil only. You would need to first boil the oil (or smoke it) by itself, then let it cool down before adding it to the pickle. Do NOT add raw uncooked oil.

Final Words
This is a chemical free ‘living’ food, and would continue changing as it grows old. As it is handmade by a family and is dependent on local produce, no two batches would taste the same.
