This Green Chilli Pickle is my mother’s cherished recipe from Rajasthan, full of bold flavors and homemade warmth. Fresh green chillies are carefully cleaned and sun dried for a day, then chopped into small pieces. They are again sun-cured for a day, allowing the natural heat to soften them and deepen the flavor. Finally, a mix of hand roasted, traditional Rajasthani spices is added, turning it into a fiery, flavorful pickle.
Spicy, tangy, and bursting with rustic charm, it pairs beautifully with poories, parathas, mathri, rice, and even kachoris bringing a punch of desi zest to every bite.
Ingredients :
Fresh green chillies , mustard seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, turmeric, salt, wooden pressed mustard oil.

Storage:
Once opened, store in a cool & dry place. Always use a clean and dry spoon to scoop the pickle out. If the pickle is not matured to your liking, please keep the jar in direct sunlight for a couple of days.
