Arrabiata Sauce is a spicy version of Marinara Sauce
The traditional Mariana sauce when cooked with garlic and dried red chilies becomes Arrabiata sauce. Arrabiata literally means “Angry” in Italian as it refers to the spiciness of the sauce due to these hot red chilies.

Fresh, bright red, and plump tomatoes are handpicked, blanched, and cooked in olive oil with garlic, dried red chilies, and a few secret herbs. It is finally finished off with Himalayan parmesan.

This is ready to use sauce, perfect to toss in your cooked pasta, or make lasagna, or as a dipping sauce. This jar will definitely become your savior when you have long working hours and still want a quick but absolutely delicious dinner.
