With so much to offer in terms of distinctive taste, health, and nutritional values, Kadaknath meat demand has increased over the year. Their poultry farms are now located across the country, as these birds can survive in hot semi-arid climatic conditions with temperatures ranging from 12 to 42 degrees celsius.
Along with the perfect climatic conditions, the upper Himalayan region provides a much moderate and cleaner environment for raising these wild birds as they need a large open space to roam freely. We at Masala monk source our meat from the largest Kadaknath farm in the Indian Himalayas. It has one of the most stringent and elaborate farming practices around, to boost the production of these rare poultry breeds.
