Very fresh and delicious
It’s a fairly decent cake, but there was something I didn’t quite like — maybe the jaggery? Even when I added other stuff like spreads to it, it wasn’t great. It could just be my taste, because I love the banana bread from the same chef.
The vegan chocolate cake was delicious. Perfect teatime accompaniment.
I received this cake a few days back and I was so engrossed in devouring it that I forgot to review it! 🙂
I was looking for a tea cake with healthy thrown in and I couldn’t have been more spot on. Thank tou Rajani for this cake.
However I personally thought the jaggery sweetness was slightly overwhelming and if you can lower it. Rest don’t change a thing

I received it yesterday. It’s very delicious and the sweetness is well balanced. Enjoy it with a scoop of ice cream or just as it is. It’s quite good.
