Diwali, the season of happiness and indulgence.
I try to carry over the tradition, as much as possible, by making as many sweets and snacks as I can, especially for Diwali.
Among all Indian sweets, Besan ke Ladoo is one sweet that is made on many occasions at my home, and what better time to share this indulgence with everyone than Diwali 🙂
These are not your regular ladoos, but 100% organic homemade ladoos, with the goodness of Organic Ghee, unprocessed, natural sweeteners, cashews, and watermelon seeds.
These Besan Ladoos are made from 100% organic gram flour, slow-roasted in organic ghee till its aroma fills up our house and eventually the whole neighborhood 😉
The sugar used is pure, organic, and unprocessed. Bits of cashews and watermelon seeds provide the texture and crunch that will make you wanting for more. These ladoos already have a big fan following in my family, especially with my in-laws who are from South India and gobble these every time they are made.
These ladoos are made in small batches of 500 grams only and I ensure to keep the quality and taste intact with the same. Moreover, every time they are made, we get to indulge too as a family (Double Joy 😉
