Jhangora, also known as Barnyard Millet, is a traditional grain grown in the clean, high-altitude regions of Uttarakhand (400–2100 meters above sea level). This ancient millet is nutrient-dense yet light, making it one of the most digestible and least allergenic grains available.
With a composition very similar to Quinoa, Barnyard Millet is a rich source of plant-based, easily digestible protein and is the least calorie-dense among all cereals.
