Description
This pickle is a winter favorite straight from Punjabi kitchens, made using a traditional family recipe that celebrates the flavors of the season. A delicious blend of freshly chopped carrots, cauliflower, and turnips are carefully washed, dried, and pickled with aromatic spices and melted jaggery (desi gur) to create a sweet and sour flavor that’s both nostalgic and comforting.
Each jar is handcrafted in small batches, using time honored methods to ensure the taste remains just like it was in our grandmother’s kitchen. The natural sweetness of gur not only enhances the flavor but also makes this achar easier on the stomach and a wintertime delight.

Storage:
Once opened, store in a cool & dry place. Always use a clean and dry spoon to scoop the pickle out. If the pickle is not matured to your liking, please keep the jar in direct sunlight for a couple of days.
