There are a few dishes which scream of a place, which one associates with a place, where a lot of emotions are attached to that dish, momos is one of those dishes. No, we are not selling momos here :P, there are plenty of frozen options available in the market, we are selling something without which momos don’t have their identity, momos chutney.

I have been noticing as the number of momos vendors are increasing in Delhi NCR, their quality of the chutneys is going down like anything. I strongly believe a bad momo can still be rescued with a good momo chutney but not the other way around. So one day, I ended up making my own momos chutney and enjoyed it with the frozen momos, trust me I did not miss those roadside momos vendors at all.

This “Dilli Wali Momos Chutney” is full of flavors and chatkara which one would want to enjoy with their momos. Loaded with garlic, chillies and tomatoes, this is the jar that will remind you of Delhi. Have a momo party now, in any part of the country 😛

1 month upon refrigeration after opening.

Storage:

Refrigerate upon receiving. Always use a clean & dry spoon to
scoop out the chutney.
