it is exactly as it looks in the picture, taste is heavenly, and its difficult to stop once you start. but stop you must, otherwise its all gone in one stroke. Thanks H-Man, for the perfectly crafted fluffy-spongy-moisty mousse cake.
This cake is great — taste & texture is good, and the mousse-to-sponge ratio is perfect. Definitely ordering from this chef again; now all that’s left to try is the cheesecake 🙂
