We are not really a big commerce company or a fast food business, focused on providing you instant gratification. We are trying to do things in our own way and are trying to work on things like technology, supply chain, customer service etc. However when it comes to products, we assure highest quality ingredients and passionate creators.
Here are some questions that would help you have a better shopping experience with us :
How long does it take for me to get my products?
It takes around 10-15 days on average to get your products to you. However please note this is the average, we try to make the shipments ASAP and take your orders on highest priority. That said, we do mention the average duration as it might vary slightly depending on multiple factors like stock, weather, delivery zone, festivals, holidays etc
Why does it take so long for me to get my food?
We have 7 to 14 days of processing time as most of our products are made and packaged literally when – infact – after – we receive your order. We use most fresh ingredients we can source and ship from our latest lots & batches. Please note that it might take upto 3 weeks or 21 days from date of your order for you to receive your jar or product.

Can I have your product list?

I did not receive all my products in the package
Different products ship from different creators so if you order 5 things in one order the chances are that 2-3 of of them would be done by different passionate people at their home and directly sent to you. So you will receive your order in fragments.
And since we deal is fresh products its sometimes possible that we our out of stock for something you have ordered, in that case we try to ship that item from our next lot.

What parts of India do you ship to?
We have served thousand of orders to all corners of India – from Srinagar to Coimbatore and from Vadodra to Aizwal – we are shipping to every nook and corner of the country thanks to our courier service partners Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.
How can I track my Shipment?
Our products ship from different creators and different places. We still do not have a robust tracking system that we can share on our website without human intervention, however please write a mail to order.masalamonk@gmail.com or message to our Facebook Page Messenger as we can help you track your package before and after it has been shipped.
We keep our communication channels limited so that we can better track and respond to our customer queries. We might or might not be able to track International Shipments, however rest assured either we will not accept your order to start with or we will take care that either you get the product or your refund. However 30 days after shipment of batch is when we will entertain replacement or refund queries, because we want to give it that much time to get to you.
Can I buy your products in bulk?
Yes you can buy our products in bulk, Want to buy 6 or more jars of the same product? Or you want to source in bulk for your cafe, restaurant or catering? and have minimum requirement of 10 kg of a product then please write to us on order.masalamonk@gmail.com or message to our Facebook Page Messenger as we can help you.
Why don’t you have a phone number?
As real as your food is, we are still trying to build a digital business and hence prefer to keep all our communication digitial where we can keep a track of everything and and follow up on the last conversations.
