Has the freezing winter hit you yet?? It definitely has hit me… and it was time I whipped up my batch of hot chocolate mix, ready to go to satiate my craving for a cozy cup of hot chocolate whenever I needed it, and this time I made it vegan.

This decadent mix is dairy-free, so that my lactose intolerant and vegan friends could relish it as well. I have seen them with their sad faces whenever they didn’t find any dairy-free or vegan option out there.

This mix has all the right ingredients to give you the warmth you seek on a wintry morning or night. Combination of cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of paprika when combined with cocoa powder, coconut sugar and vanilla, will tingle your taste buds like never before. The slight hint of instant espresso enhances the chocolate flavour further. This mix has coconut milk powder so you can either use it in water or any dairy free milk of your choice. Trust me, this would make a perfect cup of hot chocolate, to kick start your day or to end a wintry night.

100% natural cocoa powder, coconut sugar, coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, paprika, rock salt, coconut milk powder, vanilla and cornstarch.

Directions to use:
Heat one measuring cup of dairy free milk or water in a saucepan. Add 2 tbsp of this mix and stir continuously until the mix is completely dissolved. Top it off with vegan marshmallows for best results.
