This classic English dessert has been loved since its very invention in the ’70s and is a popular dessert to this day. Banoffee pie is also one of my favorite desserts because it is fun to make (only if you know the right magic of ingredients) and is always a hit with the whole family. The luscious creamy pie is a blend of several layers, jumping range of sweetness and a rich combination of different textures in every bite.
Made of bananas, cream and toffee (completely homemade with lots of love), this Banoffee Pie has a crunchy crust, soft, silky, and sweet caramel, thick slices of fresh banana, and a cloudy blanket of freshly whipped cream. To add some more drama to the dessert, you can also top it with a portion of Banoffee Spread.
