Summers are here and there is a constant need to hydrate ourselves. Continuing our stint with the sharbats, we bring you guys yet another traditional sharbat, made using almonds (badaam) and unprocessed sugar (desi khand). The hint of cardamom powder brings the entire sharbat to life :). So, throw those artificial drinks out of the fridge and make some space for our sharbats, especially this one, Badaam Sharbat.

As always, we always listen to our mothers and grandmothers and try to bring our age old traditional recipes to life. Almonds are known to have “thandi taseer” (cooling properties) when soaked overnight in water. So before we run out of stock and summers are over, it’s time to hoard these bottles up.
Directions to use:
Add 1-1.5 tbsp of this concentrate to 1 measuring cup of chilled water. Top it off with ice for best results. Increase or decrease the qty of this concentrate depending on your liking. You can have the same in warm or cold milk as well.
Ingredients:
Almonds, desi khand (unprocessed sugar), cardamom and water.
Storage:
Keep refrigerated.

3 months from the date of manufacture.

Note:
It is completely okay for the sharbat to have two different layers of liquid. This happens because we do not use any emulsifiers. Please shake the bottle well before making the sharbat.
Shipping:
We have a processing time of 7 to 14 days on all our products, however, it may take 3-4 weeks for final delivery depending on your location and Pincode.
I really like this and have placed repeat orders. However, in the last order one bottle developed fungus on the bottle lid and area around it, in about a week after delivery. Had to discard the entire bottle. This was stored in refrigerator unopened since it was delivered.
