Ordered the jar for my sister-in-law in Jamshedpur. Now she is in love with this Aloobokhrar Chutney. It’s neither too sweet nor too sour and the very distinct flavour of mango comes through Mashorba plums that seduces one to have more .The gorgeous colour makes the thali look adorable. Now the jar is the front runner on the dinning table.

We do not get northern plums in our region, what an exciting way to have northern plums made with east indian flavours. Simply wow!

So I got this jar of goodness as a gift from Vikas and I was pleasantly surprised by seeing the packaging which was very good and intact. The moment I opened it in my office as I couldn’t resist till home and secretly put in the finger to lick it, I knew this was one of the best things I have ever tasted in life.

Did not wait for any bhajias or anything to use this sweet, spicy, and full of juicy plum goodness and just licked the jar off in 2 days.
If you haven’t ordered this yet, I certainly believe you are missing some major food goodness in life. Kudos Vikas, you have outdone yourself with this 🙂

Thank you so much Vikas for this ultimate Plum Chutney. Very tastefully made.. Has a homely feel and not like any store bought chutney. What I love about it is that, it's less sweet and more tangy with right balance of spices. Super super yum... Truly a winner all the way!!!
